Sticky Mantis

Sticky Mantis is a Northen and Plum Blossum Mantis style that was combined by Chen Huan who was a good friend of mine. I knew him for about ten years. His father and uncle taught him Mantis and he also learned form Leang Chi Hai and Xu De Cheng.

Chen Huan taught me his system if Mantis but unfortunately I lost contact with him when he went to China. I taught this style for about ten years but at that time, people did not take it very seriously so I stopped. Now that we have more serious students I have begun to teach the style again and now realise what a good and great martial artist Chen Huan was compared to the people that I have met since then.
