Newent, GL18 1AQ. Class starts 7/11/2011 at 1.45pm

internal art shares some of its roots with Tai Chi
and Baak San Kuen. Training is available at
the following classes: _Newbury on Wednesdays
at 8pm, Thursdays at 7pm; Berry Hill on Saturdays at 12pm; Blakeney on
Tuesdays at 7pm; Glucester on Sundays at 2pm.

introductory Weekend Tai Chi Courses at Hafam-Y-Coed
Spiritual Development Centre/Retreat. Dates are: August 12-14 &
December 2-4, 2011. Please phone 01639 730985 or 07812 181597, or fax 01639
730704 for details.
See Find-Us to get maps of our training

We’ve started putting some video samples on the site. More to come soon.
Problems at our Cheltenham
classes: Due to recent works at Christ Church school, it can be difficult
to find the Tai Chi classes held at 7.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These
are normally
held in the Dining Hall. When arriving at the entrance to the school, go
down the road to the left towards the Sports Hall at the rear of the
school. You will pass the Dining Hall on the right and should see us. Do
not be put off if the school seems closed at the front entrance. If there
is no sign of our class on then proceed to the Sports Hall reception and
enquire as to where the White Dragon Tai Chi class is being held that
night. Do
not accept a reply of “there is Tai Chi class” – our classes will be
on! If you still have problems please contact us. Ideally if you are
visiting for the first time, contact us beforehand and we’ll arrange to
meet you at the entrance to the school before the class starts.
Tuesday classes in Forest of
Dean have moved to Blakeney Village Hall, Blakeney. The Hall is on Butts
lane just off the High St. (A48). Tai Chi will be held at 7pm and Kung Fu
at 8pm. The Kung Fu classes will teach Baak San Kuen and Mantis style. We
are also starting a daytime class in Tai Chi at Blakeney Village Hall from
4-5pm.
